The Superstar shake-up could throw us a curve ball this year as we may see announcers switching brands or maybe even adding new faces to the teams. While it may not take place during the shake-up tonight the report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter suggested WWE is looking to diversify the team soon.
Currently Raw is composed of Jonathan Coachman, Corey Graves, and Michael Cole.
SmackdownLive’s Announcers are Corey Graves, Byron Saxton and Tom Phillips.
Meltzer did not drop any names but he did talk on them wanting to add a women full time to the commentary team.
Names such as Lita, Beth Phoenix and Molly Holly have been floating around the internet. We have no reason to believe Corey Graves would leave SD Live and just be on announcing on RAW, but you would think if they were to put someone new on the team that they would probably replace Graves on SDLive.
